I was assigned to research the structure of our business idea. For the model I used The Sketchbook Project to get an idea of who we will need to do what, and adapted it to our concept.

What roles do we need to fill?
Online Presence - Management and social media etc.
Design and Branding - Will we outsource this? (extra cost)
Project Manager - Where are we going? What are we doing and when?
Driver - Obviously!
Stock Manager - What will we sell?
These roles will allow crossover and collaborations. They can also be adapted to peoples strengths.
We will try to do everything ourselves but may need to outsource certain things.
